Entry Requirement

Apprentices should have experience of working with customers in some capacity and have good interpersonal skills.

What apprentice will learn?

Apprenticeship will develop knowledge and skills of understanding customer information, analyse data  to influence change and improvements in service.


Typically, 15 months.


Portfolio: Apprentices will produce and present evidence showcase to demonstrate knowledge, skills and behaviour set in apprentice standard.
