Programme Overview

This apprenticeship programme for those who will be willing to work in service sector. They will provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality.

Entry Requirement

An employer will determine their own entry requirements for an employee to commence this apprenticeship, but these general entry requirements apply; you have to be aged 16 years or over and must be working for at least 30 hours a week.

Assessment

Portfolio: Apprentices will produce and present evidence showcase to demonstrate knowledge, skills and behaviour set in apprenticeship standard.
